Dorint Hotels and Resorts chooses HotelREZ as GDS partner

Dorint Airport-Hotel Stuttgart

Dorint Hotels and Resorts selects HotelREZ Hotels and Resorts as its new distribution partner. Dorint was a customer of Trust International, which was acquired by Sabre last year.

With a portfolio of 39 properties spread across Germany, the Netherlands and Switzerland, the Dorint brand is well known for its quality business hotels and leisure resorts in Europe. HotelREZ, a global partner of Sabre, deploys its technology to a portfolio of nearly 1,000 hotels in more than 30 countries, and is now adding Dorint's 38 properties on the DO chain code to sit alongside its own HO chain code, through its private label GDS management offering.

“We were presented with an opportunity to reposition our hotel distribution, and we wanted to ensure we were getting the best in the market,” said Karl-Heinz Pawizki, COO of Dorint Hotels and Resorts. “HotelREZ proved to be the top choice, as it is capable of providing us with the very best technology in the market, via Sabre, and is able to improve upon this through its innovative global demand, marketing, bespoke account management and revenue solutions.”
