Duetto now integrates with the RMS Cloud property-management system. The new two-way integration between Duetto’s GameChanger and the RMS 9+ cloud PMS will enable users of both solutions to optimize pricing and better manage inventory and segmentation.
In addition, the integration also allows for sharing folio data, providing added benefits to users of Duetto’s ScoreBoard reporting application by providing a wealth of data on total guest spend, helping hotels adopt a total revenue-management approach.

“Both companies share the same ethos—to help hotels gain greater efficiencies and insight through integrated technologies and move away from the legacy systems that have held the industry back for so long,” Duetto CEO Patrick Bosworth said in a statement. “We’re confident that together our cloud-based solutions will help many hotels achieve greater efficiencies and increase profitability.”

RMS cloud and Duetto are both cloud-based companies offering solutions on an open API architecture.

Peter Buttigieg, founder and managing director of RMS Cloud, said the Duetto integration will give RMS clients a competitive edge. “We offer our properties seamless access to its powerful pricing and inventory-management technology,” Buttigieg said. “History shows Duetto is an extremely effective tool that enables properties to maximize revenue in all market conditions and lead their competitive set in terms of both pricing and strategy.”

The integration with RMS Cloud provides hoteliers with a self-service onboarding function, enabling them to easily activate the integration at any time.
