Great Wolf Resorts taps Above Property Services for reservations

Great Wolf Resorts has selected Above Property Services to update its technology across all of the brand’s 19 properties across the country. 

The collaboration with APS aims to help Great Wolf Resorts modernize various aspects of its central-reservations system, replacing legacy systems for reservations, distribution, call-center services, packaging, advanced analytics and continuous pricing. The hotel company is particularly interested in deploying APS’ distributed central reservation system, a 100 percent uptime, multi-region solution that manages single image availability, rates and inventory worldwide. The proprietary distribution capabilities will help Great Wolf Resorts reach a broader audience and enhance its brand visibility.

In addition to updating reservation and distribution capabilities, the advanced call center software aims to improve personalized interactions and make issue resolution more efficient. With APS’ analytics tools, the chain will gain insights into guest preferences, market trends and operational performance. 

A Great Wolf Lodge in Perryville, Md. is scheduled to open this summer and the brand recently broke ground on properties in Mashantucket, Conn.; Naples, Fla.; and Webster, Texas.
