Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Lake Tahoe launches branded app

The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Lake Tahoe, Nevada, has launched a new custom-branded mobile app.

Powered by the Intelity platform, the app provides a range of services for guests including mobile check-in and messaging. The cloud-based platform also supports Gems, Intelity's staff-facing suite of tools for Hard Rock’s staff.

The branded app lets guests check in and engage with the hotel before, during and after their stay. Guests can use the app to reserve amenities, access live entertainment schedules, order food and drinks and request services. With guest messaging, hotel staff can inform guests of promotions and serve customized and targeted offers.

The Intelity platform’s backend system, Gems, will help streamline operations, automate guest requests and orders and provide business insights.
