IDScan.net, an ID scanning and verification company, has partnered with Cloudbeds to offer the check-in bundle. The integrated ID scanning solution allows properties of all sizes to check in guests and gather their information in a matter of seconds by scanning government-issued IDs from anywhere in the world.
“Cloudbeds customers can use our solution to quickly and easily check in guests, manage their profiles and enhance their experiences—all while improving operations,” IDScan.net CEO Denis Petrov said in a statement. “No longer does staff have to manually type in a guest's information while the check-in line grows.”
Offered in three options, the check-in bundle is configured for Cloudbeds property-management system and is compatible with all Windows computers. Front-desk staff simply scan a guest’s ID, such as a driver’s license or passport, and the embedded data is automatically populated into the Cloudbeds guest check-in page. With this seamless integration, the process takes seconds and the information collected is 100 percent accurate.
