Limelight Hotel Snowmass introduces on-demand guest dining

Little Nell Hotel Group is adding on-demand guest dining at the Limelight Hotel Snowmass in Snowmass, Colo. The hotel is partnering with GoTab to implement contactless ordering that lets guests place their food-and-beverage orders from the ski slopes, lobby or guestrooms.

Guests are now able to begin a tab from their room or the property’s restaurant by scanning a QR code, texting a link to friends or family members on the ski slopes to add in their orders, then meeting up together at the patio or lodge to dine. Streamlining tasks like inputting orders and processing payments eliminates friction for hotel staff and allows them to focus on guest service. Since partnering with GoTab, Limelight Hotel Snowmass has consistently seen higher check averages and sales, according to the hotel. GoTab has also integrated with cloud-based platform Infor.

“We’re laser-focused on providing exceptional guest service, from our rooms to our restaurant to the ski slopes,” Nick Giglio, manager of hotel IT operations for The Little Nell Hotel Group, said in a statement. “With GoTab, we’re able to deliver an elevated guest experience built on speed and convenience while easing operations for our staff and increasing sales. Previously, guests would call down to the restaurant to begin an order from their room or while they were out enjoying the ski slopes. Using GoTab, guests can now place orders from anywhere on the resort, giving them the on-demand service they want without interrupting their day. GoTab empowers us to give control to the guest, reducing touchpoints and streamlining overall restaurant operations, making Limelight Hotel the resort of choice for Snowmass.”
