Maestro PMS has developed and implemented a real-time two-way interface with the IDeaS G3 revenue-management system. The IDeaS G3 RMS interface provides more revenue optimization power to the Maestro yield-management system.
Maestro’s yield-management system streams real-time data on reservations, demand and booking changes to the IDeaS G3 RMS. G3 automatically applies its revenue-optimization algorithms to open and close specific rates over time to maximize rates offered in Maestro.
“We have seen a marked increase in revenue on both occupancy and [average daily rate] with the IDeaS interface to the Maestro PMS hotel software at the 1886 Crescent Hotel,” Jack Moyer, VP/GM of the Eureka Springs, Ark., hotel, said in a statement. “The support and training for the interface from Maestro and IDeaS has been very professional and we have a solid two-way integration. The partnership between Maestro PMS and IDeaS G3 RMS has been flawless. We expect to install the interface at our sister property, the Basin Park Hotel, in the near future.”
