Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts increases upsell revenue with Nor1

Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts will deploy Nor1's eStandby Upgrade product across the entire Mövenpick portfolio.

Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts will deploy Nor1's eStandby Upgrade product across the entire Mövenpick portfolio. Mövenpick and Nor1 have partnered to assist many properties in merchandising their premium room types by offering guests relevant and timely upsell offers. This partnership will now encompass all Mövenpick hotels and resorts around the globe.

"Nor1 and Mövenpick are working together to enhance the guest experience by providing upgrade opportunities at our hotels," said Etienne Faisandier, Mövenpick's VP of revenue management and business intelligence.

Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts, an international upscale hotel management company with more than 16,000 staff members, is represented in 24 countries with 83 hotels, resorts and Nile cruisers currently in operation. Around 20 properties are planned or under construction, including those in Thailand, Indonesia and Morocco.
