New Bahamas resort selects Agilysys for property management

The Goldwynn Resort & Residences, an 81-room oceanfront lifestyle resort on Cable Beach in Nassau, Bahamas, has partnered with Agilysys for its property-management system and point-of-sale technology, along with software for its condominium concept. The technology is part of the Agilysys Hospitality Cloud.

The operating team wanted to optimize return on experience for its guests and staff. ROE measures how technology engages and empowers staff members and encourages guests to return more often, spend more and leave stronger reviews.

After selecting the Agilsysy PMS, the hotel also selected the recent POS InfoGenesis system version from Agilysys, which combines the interactive terminal and tablet touchscreen applications supporting Windows, Android and iOS devices. Its reporting and analysis features, enterprise-grade menu and item configuration capabilities and multi-language support help drive service flexibility and increase operational efficiency. The result is improved food-and-beverage operations and increased revenue across venues.

Goldwynn Resort & Residences also chose Agilysys’ commission-free, direct-channel reservation system that helps move guests through the booking process.
