Omni Hotels & Resorts renews partnership with Knowland

Omni Hotels & Resorts has extended its partnership with Knowland to provide lead generation and market intelligence services to more than 25 of its properties through 2016.

Omni Hotels & Resorts became a preferred partner of Knowland in September 2015. Before then, it had already selected Knowland's meeting search tool, Insight, to enable each of its hotels to find the group business that would meet its needs.

"During our relationship with Knowland, we've seen how instrumental their products have been for supporting sales strategies that maximize profitability and achieve total revenue growth targets for our brand," said Mike Grippo, regional director of sales and marketing at Omni Hotels & Resorts.

The 1.25-million-square-foot property, slated to open in December 2020, will include 777 guestrooms and an outdoor pool amphitheater.

The 60-room resort in Breckenridge, Colo., is the first of several planned Gravity Haus properties.

The owner/operator plans to strategize on further international projects after the hotel’s opening, which is slated for March 2021.
