Preferred Hotels & Resorts targets reviews with ReviewPro

Preferred Hotels & Resorts has selected ReviewPro’s online reputation-management product to help its member hotels manage online guest reviews and leverage insights from guest feedback to make improvements. Preferred is also using the competitive benchmarking tool offered within the ReviewPro platform to gain insights into the strengths and weaknesses of other brands, identify areas of opportunity and leverage a competitive advantage within the global travel marketplace.
