Prime Hospitality Group ensures mobile phone coverage

Playa Largo Resort & Spa

When the Playa Largo Resort & Spa, an Autograph Collection Hotel, opens its doors in July on Key Largo, RoamBoost will be amplifying cell phone signals on the property. Through a recent contract between Prime Hospitality Group and RoamBoost, the property’s 14.5 beachfront acres, 144 luxury rooms, 10 bungalows, and public spaces will received enhanced mobile signal coverage via the company’s distributed antenna system.
“Outstanding customer service is an essential ingredient of success at Playa Largo Resort & Spa,” said Edward Abbo, Prime Hospitality Group COO. “We know today’s travelers; they insist on the newest and best facilities. Our customers have come to expect full mobile service anywhere on property. With customer service as our main focus, we do whatever is needed to meet and exceed guest expectations. After an exhaustive search for a DAS provider, from a technical and price standpoint we found RoamBoost to be the best solution.”
RoamBoost’s DAS solution provides a cost-effective means for buildings that have little or no signal strength due to location, building materials or even high-efficiency glass, which can reflect the radio frequency signals from mobile carriers and weaken coverage.
