Routier joins forces with Cybint to protect user data

Routier has partnered with Cybint, a cybersecurity education company, for integrated cybersecurity into the Routier interface and hospitality management software. The partnership was formed in the wake of an increased cyberattacks on user data in the travel and hotel industries.

Routier provides hotels and hotel groups with engagement, operational and marketing products that work on three levels (brand, property and guest) so that they can easily and efficiently improve brand reputation, optimize staff and property performance and increase guest loyalty and satisfaction. Routier provides methods to measure guest sentiment, staff performance and operational performance helping hotels, airlines and cruises build revenue, improve online reputation, increase guest satisfaction, grow loyalty and increase staff productivity, among other services.

Cybint Solutions is a partner of private organizations, schools and government agencies, bringing communities together and launching cyber centers around the world. A collaboration between military-trained cybersecurity experts with more than a decade of experience, and the education experts Barbri, Cybint offers educational programs and resources that address cybersecurity and intelligence beyond awareness. 

The partnership with Routier will provide hospitality professionals access to Cybint's suite of products, including cyber literacy courses that provide a basic, comprehensive grounding in cyber terminology, threats and opportunities. Cybint offers the more advanced and comprehensive hands-on simulator labs for cybersecurity professionals, providing them with advanced practical training in a simulated environment.
