SevenRooms, blinq partner for customer data

Hospitality guest experience platform SevenRooms has partnered with restaurant point-of-sale software provider blinq in a bid to streamline operations across SevenRooms’ restaurant portfolio. The integration of blinq’s iOS cloud-based products aims to facilitate taking ownership of customer data so operators can focus on guest service by catering to their preferences.  

The integration of blinq’s POS system with SevenRooms’ reservation platform will give hotel staff knowledge required to serve customers in a more personalized manner. Information on order histories and average spend per customer allows operators to tailor guest profiles by adding notes to indicate high tippers or VIP status. This will also appear on the blinq POS, offering instant access to information as soon as a waiter opens the table.
