SHR has partnered with Roomer Travel to offer Life Happens, providing free added value to hotels using its TopSail Internet booking engine. Life Happens is a hotel cancellation protection that allows guests to cancel their nonrefundable reservations and receive an 80-percent refund.
At zero cost to hotels, the Life Happens integration into SHR’s TopSail Internet booking engine empowers hotels to provide maximum flexibility to their guests without the risk of lost revenue due to cancellation.
