HRS will handle all business processes related to the Siemens’ worldwide hotel program. With more than 3 million roomnights a year, Siemens represents one of the largest global hotel programs. Starting with professional hotel purchasing and negotiating special rates with hotels, through rate loading and rate audits to ongoing analysis and optimization, HRS will manage the global hotel program for Siemens in more than 170 countries.
HRS will help Siemens achieve its strategic goals to reduce the complexity of travel management, link all processes from start to finish, and reduce costs. At the same time, HRS aims to increase traveler satisfaction through more personalized and easier booking processes. Future-oriented technologies will be used, such as artificial intelligence and blockchain.
