Stay Hospitality selects Mews to automate transactions

Hotel and short-term vacation rental management company Stay Hospitality has selected Mews to automate its growing hotel operations.

The company, backed by the Assouline and Anheuser-Busch families, manages the Red Hotel South Beach and Royal Beach Hotel, with 110 and 156 rooms, respectively. The hotels will rebrand next year after a renovation.

Stay Hospitality will use Mews Payments to transform its traditional transactional processes into more frictionless experiences. Guests will be able to check in online before arrival, saving the hotel team time and labor. The company expects more sophisticated operations will benefit both guests and the team as single-click payments replace the stress of dealing with unreliable programs and the outdated multistep check-in.

“We’re especially looking forward to Mews Payments, as it will automate all transactions and rid our staff of manual tasks. Gone are the days of printing receipts and end-of-day reconciliation,” Ralph Davies, CFO at Stay Hospitality, said in a statement. “Our guests can look forward to real-time transparency and the convenience of alternative payment methods.”
