Stayntouch's cloud-based property-management system platform will now integrate with the central reservation system from European hotel distribution technology provider D-Edge. This partnership comes after the pilot program with the Crystal Hotel St. Moritz, a boutique property in the Swiss Alps, and will add to Stayntouch’s library of more than 1,100 integrations.

D-Edge delivers a suite of products designed to optimize a hotel’s online distribution strategy: from a CRS platform to revenue management data intelligence tools and digital media marketing, website development and an integrated central data management solution. Stayntouch’s integration with D-Edge will deliver information on inventory, availability, restrictions and rates, while facilitating reservations from various booking channels.

D-Edge CRS will provide Stayntouch customers with an integrated, ‘a la carte’ family of platforms: 

  • A connected channel manager; 
  • A central inventory that lets hotels manage all rates and inventory from a single location; 
  • A booking engine to maximize direct conversions;  
  • A payment automation system that automatically validates credit cards used in OTA bookings while immediately notifying the PMS.
