The Summit Hotel in Cincinnati will implement Agilysys’ InfoGenesis POS and rGuest Pay for point-of-sale and payment processing. Scheduled to open in spring 2018, the new property will rely on Agilysys products to help ensure the security of guest payment information while delivering an outstanding guest experiences from day one.
The Summit Hotel’s management team wanted point-of-sale technology that would deliver comprehensive functionality and also help optimize operations for the scalability required to support operations while any size event is happening in the hotel conference center. Additionally, the team required a payment gateway solution that would secure guests’ financial data and reduce the risks associated with credit-card acceptance.
Located just north of the Ohio River, The Summit has easy access to downtown Cincinnati, the Duke Energy Convention Center and the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport.
