Total Customized Revenue Management launched ThinkUp Enterprises, a new consulting arm to guide its current and future hospitality clients in finding profitable opportunities and leading clients to sustainable growth. TCRM will work in partnership with ThinkUp Enterprises to deliver creative solutions through strategic consulting services, further enhancing its existing revenue-management services.

“As TCRM has evolved, we have seen a need for more focus regarding in-depth strategic consulting services for not only our clients but the entire hospitality industry,” TCRM CEO Lily Mockerman said in a statement. “While TCRM has offered ongoing consulting services, the creation of ThinkUp Enterprises enhances the opportunities with a specific dedication and focus that will operate separately from, but in partnership with our existing revenue management services. TCRM has long been known as a service provider that delivers excellence and quality through short-term and long-term revenue management services, and we are thrilled to build our consulting arm into a more robust company that can support our work in this area.”

ThinkUp Enterprises will be led by Mockerman and Kathryn Baker, executive director of strategy at TCRM and principal at KBB Consulting. The company’s key offering will be the Profit Power Shift package. Designed for properties that are underperforming, properly performing but ready for the next level of progress or just those looking to fine-tune their strategy, this offering gives hoteliers the tools they need to get beyond the “now” and apply proactive strategy to move from revenue management to profit optimization. Through a deep dive strategic assessment of all facets of the three key revenue-producing areas of each business, revenue management, marketing and sales, this diagnostic review of each element arms properties with clear and actionable steps to profitable progress, providing both immediate impact and a path to harness sustainable profit possibilities.

For clients seeking a more comprehensive service, the Pathway to Profit package is designed for those properties that are ready to tackle the profitable possibilities available from creating revenue management and profit optimization programs for food-and-beverage, spa, golf, activities and other revenue centers beyond rooms, rolled up into one primary profit program.
