WaterWalk has launched its new website with the ability to instantly book unfurnished hotel room without traditional leasing constraints. WaterWalk's hybrid business model in the extended-stay industry provides both fully furnished "Stay" units and ready-to-furnish, apartment-style "Live" units that are now equipped for customizable, longer-term bookings.
Both options across all WaterWalk’s properties are now bookable through the brand’s website, which also includes upgrades like virtual 3D tours, advanced purchase options, special rates and simplified group bookings.
With the revamped website, guests will be able to book unfurnished one- or two-bedroom suites at any of WaterWalk’s properties for stays of three months or more without the need to sign a lease. Additionally, guests can now take a virtual, 3D tour of WaterWalk’s accommodations—furnished or unfurnished—to further determine the best fit for their unique lodging needs.
Additional updates to the website include new special promotions and discounted rates for travelers, including exclusive AAA, AARP and government rates. Group, corporate and IATA travel bookings have also been simplified through the new website. Additionally, guests now have the option to prepay for their room at a discounted rate.
