Westin Nashville partners with SMS for SpaSoft

The Westin Nashville has chosen SpaSoft Spa Management System from Springer-Miller Systems for its spa opening this month. The Westin Nashville is located in the city’s downtown district adjacent to Music City Center, Nashville’s convention center. The hotel features 454 guestrooms and suites and offers a full-service, resort-style spa. Rhapsody Spa at The Westin Nashville features nine treatment rooms with pampering treatments ranging from nail services to hot stone massages for couples. 

"We look forward to utilizing the robust functionality and extensive reporting capabilities available within SpaSoft,” said Michelle Young, spa director at The Westin Nashville. 

SpaSoft represents one of the solutions in the global spa-management category, enabling The Westin Nashville to provide the very personalized, detailed guest service as required by their programs. SpaSoft provides The Westin Nashville with the tools needed to not only capture guest data, but also to use the data through features such as suggested products, which alerts staff during the check-out process of retail product recommendations for a guest by analyzing their history.
