Italian-based software company Zucchetti Group has launched its North American outpost at HITEC in Orlando. Zucchetti North America is also launching its proprietary Z-one, an all-in-one, module-based suite of solutions to help boost reservations, manage reservations and operations and increase revenue.
Z-one’s modules, which can be combined or purchased individually, include Vertical Booking CRS, LEAN Hotel System PMS, Lodgical Solution PMS, Rateboard RMS, Systopia Digital Concierge and TCPOS payment solutions.
“Since the unofficial launch of operations in July 2021, Zucchetti North America has seen significant interest and growth in the sales of their products to North American properties,” Mark Lewis-Brown, president of Zucchetti North America, said in a statement. “In that time, we’ve also doubled the number of solutions offered under the Z-one brand, with many more solutions to be added over the coming months. It’s an exciting time for us and I know that we will see Zucchetti North America’s prevalence in the North American market rise from here, as it truly offers a suite of solutions with a truly unprecedented scope in the industry.”
The Zucchetti Group reported a turnover of €1 billion in 2020 and has more than 700,000 customers worldwide.
