Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions buys hotels in Fla., N.J.

Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions recently bought the 236-room Embassy Suites by Hilton Boca Raton (Fla.) and the 111-room Hampton Inn & Suites Mahwah (N.J.). It acquired the first from Boca Raton Falcon Hotel and the second from an auction. BSHS plans to invest $10 million upgrading both hotels.

“While both hotels enjoy enviable locations in markets with numerous demand generators, we believe the properties will experience a noticeable improvement to both guest scores and overall revenues following the multimillion-dollar renovation plans,” Naveen Shah, CEO of BSHS, said in a statement.  “With their respective proximities to beaches, airports, universities and thriving downtown areas, these hotels are ideal additions to our growing portfolio of owned and operated hotels nationwide.”

The seven-story Embassy Suites by Hilton Boca Raton includes 15,000 square feet of meeting space, a fitness center, an outdoor heated pool and a business center. A short drive from New York City and near Ramapo College, the Hampton Inn & Suites Mahwah features 1,000 square feet of meeting space, an indoor pool, a fitness center and a business center.
