Colorado DoubleTree trades owners

The DoubleTree Denver Aurora Hotel in Aurora, Colo., was sold.

According to public records, the 248-room hotel was sold for $14.8 million. Aurora Col Hotel Partners, a limited liability company, purchased the hotel. Hospitality Real Estate Counselors represented the seller in the transaction.

The LLC is registered to the same address sa O'Reilly Hospitality Management, a company working out of Springfield, Mo., according to records with the Colorado Secretary of State's office.

The hotel will be managed by O'Reilly Hospitality Management. The hotel was sold by Aurora Hotel Propco, an entity registered at the same address as New York-based investment firm Garrison Capital.
