Noble House Hotels & Resorts has added the Chatham Inn Relais & Châteaux to its portfolio. Jeff Ippoliti, the prior owner and now co-owner of the property, selected Noble House to co-own and manage the property, bringing the total number of North America luxury hotels and resorts within the Noble House brand portfolio to 24.
A Relais & Châteaux association member since 2019, Chatham Inn Relais & Châteaux is in the center of a seaside town, Chatham, Mass. The oldest continuously operating inn on Cape Cod, the boutique 2.5-story inn was built in 1830 and each of the hotel’s 18 guestrooms and suites have been updated with high-end furnishings and textiles. Many of the rooms have fireplaces and bathroom amenities like rain showers and soaking tubs.
Chatham Inn Relais & Châteaux is within walking distance of the beach and includes a restaurant, Cuvée, headed by Executive Chef Isaac Olivo. Cape Cod’s only Relais & Châteaux restaurant, Cuvée serves four and seven-course tasting menus as well as 32 wines by the glass and more than 350 by the bottle. The restaurant also has a one-of-a-kind Chef’s Table experience along with seasonal special dining events.
