Corbett Lighting has launched Meteor, which utilizes natural agate pieces in amber hues to create a globe of color.
Often used in jewelry, agate is a rare, semi-precious material. The pieces are attached to the ends of handcrafted iron rods finished in textured gold leaf with polished stainless tips--an accent that allows the viewer to focus on the mineral. Because no two agate slices are alike, each design is unique.
The rods and optical crystal glass diffusers (which include G9 bulbs) radiate from the design’s stainless ball center, secured with a hang-straight canopy. Meteor is offered in various pendant sizes, from 18 inches to 50 inches wide, as well as a 12.5-inch wall sconce.
