TownePlace Suites by Marriott Raleigh-Durham Airport opens

Hospitality America, a hotel development and management company, opens TownePlace Suites by Marriott Raleigh-Durham Airport/Morrisville in North Carolina. The new 112-suite hotel will operate as a Marriott franchise, managed by Hospitality America. General Manager Emily Pearce and Director of Sales Donna Oglesby lead the management team at the property for Hospitality America.

That is what our brand is all about, and this property is a great example of that.”

The hotel brand’s signature floor-to-ceiling TowneMap also helps guests instantly acclimate themselves to the area by featuring places to eat, play and live. The TownePlace Suites RDU Airport/Morrisville is located four miles from the Raleigh-Durham International Airport and 25 minutes from downtown Raleigh. The new hotel has access to the Research Triangle Park, USA Baseball’s National Training Complex, and numerous colleges and universities as well as parks, restaurants and greenways. 

This property has studio and one-bedroom suites with fully equipped kitchens, as well as separate living/working and sleeping areas. Guests can work and relax on their own terms in modern suites that feature full kitchens with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, adjustable workspaces with built-in shelves and lighting, a large flat-screen television, as well as luxurious new bedding. Most rooms also feature the Home Office Suite, designed to provide guests with plenty of storage and flexible space to spread out and make it their own.
