Hospitality America, a hotel development and management company, opens TownePlace Suites by Marriott Raleigh-Durham Airport/Morrisville in North Carolina. The new 112-suite hotel will operate as a Marriott franchise, managed by Hospitality America. General Manager Emily Pearce and Director of Sales Donna Oglesby lead the management team at the property for Hospitality America.

The TownePlace Suites RDU Airport/Morrisville is located four miles from the Raleigh-Durham International Airport and 25 minutes from downtown Raleigh. The new hotel has access to the Research Triangle Park, USA Baseball’s National Training Complex, and numerous colleges and universities as well as parks, restaurants and greenways.
This property has studio and one-bedroom suites with fully equipped kitchens, as well as separate living/working and sleeping areas.
