At the new Hampton Inn by Hilton Lewiston, guests will have access to Lewis and Clark Valley, overlooking the Clearwater and Snake rivers and their confluence.

The historic hotel underwent a $10-million transformation utilizing historic tax credits for the preservation of the building’s façade and interior structures.

The new-build property will have 114 guestrooms, including 17 suites and a Presidential Suite, when it opens in Yerevan in the summer of 2017.

The former Park Lane Hotel will be rebranded as the Sheraton Grand London Park Lane this October.

The Robey and the Hollander are the brand’s newest U.S. locations following the launch of the Hotel Americano in New York.

The property has a two-story lobby and 189 guestrooms and suites designed by Soho and Toronto-based design studio Yabu Pushelberg.

New brands have the opportunity to “steal market share from older brands,” said Alexander Schneider, GM at Nikki Beach Resort and Spa Dubai.

The building contains office space and retail in addition to the 208-key Park Hyatt on the top floors.

Inspiration came from the geometrical elements of the city’s traditional Xiguan residences near the old walled city.

The five-story brick structure, located in the largest National Historic Landmark District in the U.S., has 101 guestrooms with custom Southern furnishings.
