Alexander DelMonte is the enw CEO. Over the past decade in his role as president, he has helped the company grow its hotel portfolio and improve its management company. The transition to the CEO role will let him work closely with the leadership team to position the company for scalability that supports future growth plans.

Kuttruff has been with DelMonte for 32 years. As the new COO, she will oversee accounting, information systems, human resources and compensation as well as benefits, legal compliance, hotel operations, facilities and the sales, revenue and marketing division. In 2018, she was promoted to the role of SVP of operations.

Since joining DelMonte Hotel Group in 2002, Thompson’s role has grown from cluster director of sales—overseeing three hotels—to corporate director of sales, marketing and revenue management. Thompson has experience working with established hotels, conversions of properties as well as opening new hotels. In her new role as VP, she will be responsible for topline revenue across the region for all brands, which includes responsibility and oversight of all aspects of sales, marketing and revenue management. In addition, she will also partner with DelMonte Hotel Group leaders on key business initiatives and priorities.

As chief investment officer, Crawford will play an instrumental role in the planned expansion of the DelMonte Hotel Group portfolio of hotels. He will be responsible for sourcing acquisition opportunities, raising capital, underwriting, and financing for the company. Prior to joining the DelMonte Hotel Group team, he was the head of the hospitality platform at Lightstone Group, overseeing acquisitions, disposition and asset management of a portfolio that included 35 hotels. Over his 15 year career in the hospitality industry, he has closed over $4 billion of acquisitions, developments and financings.
