MediaConcepts has integrated its mobile application, Priscilla, with Assa Abloy Hospitality’s mobile access. As a mobile app that provides guests with a seamless stay experience, Priscilla offers integration to several hotel back-end systems including PMS, room controls, IPTV, and door locks. This latest integration means more hotels are now able to take advantage of Priscilla to enhance their guest experience.

Priscilla allows guests to manage their stay through their own mobile devices—from check-in to unlocking room doors; controlling room lights; ordering roomservice; requesting for concierge, housekeeping or maintenance services; finding their way around; receiving personalized communication and promotions; all the way through to check-out.
The integration of Assa Abloy Hospitality mobile access allows guests to use Priscilla to unlock their room door through Bluetooth low-energy technology, allowing guests to skip the front desk and access their rooms via a secure, encrypted digital key on their smart phones.
