CallisonRTKL, Martyn Lawrence Bullard design Four Seasons’ first private residences in Los Angeles

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is constructing its first residential project in Los Angeles, developed in partnership with Genton Development Company. Four Seasons Private Residences Los Angeles, which will be located at 9000 W. 3rd Street, is the company’s first standalone residential project in North America and joins London’s Twenty Grosvenor Square as one of only two worldwide. It will be located near boutiques, restaurants and galleries of Beverly Hills and Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills.

Upon completion, the 12-story building will have 59 condominiums and townhouses, including a 12,000 square-foot penthouse with an outdoor living oasis and views of the surrounding city.

The 59 total residences across three wings—The Tower, Wetherly Wing and Almont Wing—were designed by architect CallisonRTKL and interior designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard and feature an open-concept design and private outdoor spaces.

Onsite amenities will include an in-house theater, private kitchen and chef for in-residence dining and catering, fitness center, outdoor pool with cabanas, massage room, and a 24-hour concierge managed by Four Seasons.

Residents will also have access to the amenities offered at neighboring Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills.

When it opens, Four Seasons Private Residences Los Angeles will join the collection of Four Seasons properties in Southern California including Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills; Beverly Wilshire, Beverly Hills, A Four Seasons Hotel; Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village, California; Four Seasons Resort The Biltmore Santa Barbara; and Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara.

Four Seasons currently has 39 Private Residence properties, with three quarters of future Four Seasons projects including a residential component.
