Hilton Worldwide and VHM Management Sp. z o.o. are scheduled to open a second hotel in the city of Lodz in Poland. Construction has begun for a mixed tower block on Piotrowska Street, which will see the 149-guestroom Hampton by Hilton Lodz open in early 2018.
The HbH Lodz project was prepared by Polish design bureau PRC Architect.
The mixed-use development will be surrounded by Lodz's nineteenth-century architectural heritage. The hotel will be near the city's entertainment and retail hotspots. The building itself will house over 1,500 square meters (16,146 square feet) of commercial space on the mezzanine level and connect directly to an office building of 20,000 square meters (215,278 square feet).
The hotel will have a fitness space and a 24-hour bar area.
