Hotel Indigo Tuscaloosa (Ala.) Downtown hotel named A.J. Clements as director of food & beverage of the 91-room hotel. In his new role, Clements will oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations at the rooftop bar, The Lookout, Shoal’s Kitchen and Pure Provisions. With nearly 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Clements most recently served as the general manager of the local restaurant, FIVE.
His responsibilities include monitoring restaurant operations and collaborating with the executive chef to approve food-and-beverage selections.
