US Foods Holding Corp. has introduced US Foods Signature, a program aimed at helping hospitality operators reduce waste, improve labor efficiency and enhance the guest experience.

The Rosemont, Ill.-based company said the program combines its existing technology platforms with advisory support from internal experts. US Foods Signature is targeting professionals in the lodging, gaming, catering and entertainment segments.

“We’re always looking for new ways to bring first-to-market solutions to our customers to help them Make It, and that’s exactly why we created the Signature program for hospitality food-service operators,” Rob Burkart, VP, national sales for US Foods, said in a statement. “Through our roster of Signature solutions, operators in this growing and competitive industry will find tools and support to solve their unique challenges and grow their business.”

The program includes labor-support tools intended to streamline workflows and improve productivity, including the enhanced US Foods Caféssentials Program, which provides menu planning resources, training videos and pricing guidance. The offering also incorporates financial analysis and planning tools such as US Foods Menu IQ, an AI-powered platform designed to provide real-time visibility into menu profitability and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.

In addition, the program emphasizes menu development and product selection to support consistency and quality in food-service delivery. It highlights products within the US Foods Serve Good portfolio, aimed at operators seeking to align offerings with sustainability goals while maintaining operational efficiency.
