Cobblestone Hotels signed franchise agreements for new Cobblestone properties in Hutchinson, Minn., and Ashland, Wis.
“We are excited to expand our growth in Minnesota and Wisconsin,” Brian Wogernese, president & CEO of Cobblestone Hotels, said in a statement. “Both ownership groups have worked hard to bring these hotels to fruition.”
Both locations will offer signature Cobblestone Hotels amenities such as microwaves and refrigerators, coffee service, free high-speed internet and flat panel televisions in each room, as well as a complimentary hot breakfast, guest laundry facility, convenience store, and exercise equipment. Construction for both locations is anticipated to begin soon, and both are expected to open in 2018.
Based in Neenah, Wis., Cobblestone Hotels is an upper-midscale hotel brand with more than 134 hotels open, under construction or in development in 17 states.
Boarders Inn & Suites by Cobblestone is part of Cobblestone Hotels, which also includes Cobblestone Inn & Suites and Cobblestone Hotel and Suites.
Cobblestone Hotels offers the Cobblestone Rewards frequent stay program, where guests receive 10 points for every dollar spent, and can be redeemed as award nights or with other redemption partners.
Cobblestone’s most recent opening in Wisconsin was the Cobblestone Hotels & Suites Sevens Point, a hotel developed by BriMark Builders and managed by WHG Companies.
