Hilton has expanded its partnership with ResortPass through a new three-year agreement that will increase access to day-use experiences.
The expanded collaboration—which will be available at participating Hilton properties across the Americas—will offer locals and travelers access to amenities including pools, spas, fitness centers, private cabanas and other resort experiences without requiring an overnight stay.
According to Hilton, the partnership builds on growing consumer demand for day-access experiences, particularly wellness-focused offerings. The McLean, Va.-based company noted that several properties have expanded spa, wellness and experiential programming as interest in these services has grown.
“The success of our ResortPass partnership has encouraged us to expand our offerings and accelerate how we approach wellness across our portfolio,” Jessica Shea, VP, wellness, retail & leisure operations, Americas, Hilton, said in a statement. “We can now better connect our properties more meaningfully to the communities around them, offering flexible access to world-class wellness experiences.”
“ResortPass and Hilton are setting a new standard for how hospitality innovates on well-being beyond the traditional stay,” added Michael Wolf, CEO, New York-based ResortPass.
To mark the expanded partnership, Hilton and ResortPass have launched the “Off Hours Event Series,” a series of ticketed poolside events designed to utilize hotel pool facilities during off-peak hours. The events feature DJs, local vendors and food-and-beverage offerings and are intended for both hotel guests and local residents.
The series debuts with events at Hilton Orlando; Hilton West Palm Beach; Beach House Fort Lauderdale, A Hilton Resort; Hilton Tampa Downtown; and Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort. In addition to the event series, participating Hilton properties will continue offering day-use experiences centered on resort amenities, including pools, dining venues and spa services.
