The Hotel Indigo Los Angeles Downtown has installed downtown Los Angeles’ first Tesla Supercharger Station. Located on the property, but available to everyone, the station is open 24/7 and includes 10 Superchargers.
The hotel has partnered with other InterContinental Hotels Group properties, all located near a Tesla Supercharger Station, for what they named the “Ultimate Road Trip Package.” Tesla drivers traveling from San Diego to Los Angeles and on up to Santa Barbara, Monterey and San Francisco can receive road-trip specials with an overnight stay at one of the participating hotels.
With the opening of the station, the hotel’s Metropole Bar + Kitchen will offer a special “Recharge Menu” for Tesla drivers stopping by to refuel their car. Drivers participating in the promotion will receive free parking and a $50 food-and-beverage credit.
Tesla’s network of Supercharger stations includes over 1,400 locations. In the Los Angeles area, the closest other locations are in Hawthorne, Culver City, Glendale and Downey, all more than 10 miles from Hotel Indigo Los Angeles Downtown.
