A number of hotels, including two in New Orleans, have appointed sales and marketing leaders in recent weeks. Here are some names to know.
Aloft New Orleans
The Aloft New Orleans has appointed Sebastian Westbrook the new director of sales & marketing.
Westbrook joins the property from the Element New Orleans Downtown where he was sales manager. Before this, Westbrook was a business travel specialist at Marriott International, where he spent nearly six years partnering with business travel account managers.
The Broadmoor
Tiffany Pisaneschi has returned to The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, Colo., rejoining the sales team as director of national sales, wilderness properties.
Pisaneschi began her career at The Broadmoor, spending 14 years developing experience across food & beverage, conference management and executive meetings, ultimately serving as director of national sales. She later stepped away from hospitality to work in mortgage lending, broadening her experience in client advisory and financial services before returning to the industry to help launch a hotel in Colorado Springs as business travel and luxury leisure sales manager.
The Candler Hotel
In downtown Atlanta, The Candler Hotel has appointed Patrick Lee director of sales and marketing. With 15 years of hospitality experience, Lee has experience spanning Hilton, Marriott and IHG brands. He has spent 12 of the past 15 years within the Hilton portfolio focusing on property-level strategy, brand alignment and performance.
The Curtis Hotel
Kevin Siegrist has returned to The Curtis Hotel In downtown Denver as director of sales and marketing.
Most recently, Siegrist was director of sales and marketing for the Kimpton Palladian, managed by Highgate in Seattle. Siegrist has also held leadership roles at Bell Harbor International Conference Center & World Trade Center Seattle, Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver, Devil’s Thumb Ranch Resort & Spa and Hotel Jerome in Aspen.
Siegrist holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Denver in hotels, restaurants and tourism management.
The Eliza Jane
The Eliza Jane, a 196-room boutique hotel in New Orleans, appointed Yvonne Everhardt as director of sales and marketing.
Everhardt most recently was director of sales and marketing at Le Méridien New Orleans and previously held the same role at Marriott at Lakeway.
A New Orleans native, Everhardt holds a master’s degree from the University of New Orleans with a concentration in restaurant, hospitality and tourism.
The InterContinental Chicago Magnificent Mile
The InterContinental Chicago Magnificent Mile appointed Noelle Gonzalez its new director of marketing.
Gonzalez joins the hotel from the Houston Astros, where she was director of advertising and digital marketing. She held marketing roles with the Tampa Bay Rays and the Texas Stars, in addition to hospitality experience as marketing manager at the Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach.
Gonzalez earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Florida Gulf Coast University
The LaSalle Chicago
The LaSalle Chicago, Autograph Collection, appointed Mark Cully director of sales and marketing. Cully has more than 30 years of hospitality sales and events leadership experience across leading hotel brands, convention properties and global client portfolios. Most recently, he was vice president, global accounts at HPN Global.
Earlier in his career, Cully held senior sales and convention leadership roles at Swissôtel Chicago, Hyatt Regency McCormick Place and The Palmer House Hilton, where he oversaw major conventions and citywide events. His experience also includes roles with Hilton properties in Pittsburgh, Atlanta and Chicago O’Hare Airport, where he began his career in convention services.
Siari, Riviera Nayarit, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve
Siari, Riviera Nayarit, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve property in Mexico, appointed Royer Segura director of sales and Marketing.
Originally from Costa Rica, Segura has built his career across Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic and Mexico, where he worked in Mérida and Los Cabos.
Segura began his career with Marriott International in 2009 in Costa Rica, starting in operations and front office. In 2014, he transitioned into the commercial field as business development for Costa Rica Marriott Hotels, later joining the group sales team.
Westin Maui Resort & Spa, Kāʻanapali
In Hawaii, the Westin Maui Resort & Spa, Kāʻanapali appointed Michael Piasecki director of group sales.
Piasecki joins the team from Outrigger Resorts & Hotels, where he most recently was area director of group sales for the Waikiki properties. He also has Marriott and Starwood brand experience, having worked with the Kyoya properties in Waikiki as a sales manager.
Piasecki attended Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, N.C., where he studied Sports Entertainment Management.
Wild Dunes Resort
Wild Dunes Resort, a Destination by Hyatt property in South Carolina, made several strategic leadership appointments within its sales and revenue management team, promoting Parker Stephenson to national sales manager and adding Kimber DeMoya as national sales manager (Midwest territory).
Before joining Wild Dunes Resort in May 2025, Parker held hospitality sales leadership roles with Hyatt properties, including director of sales at Hyatt Place Mount Pleasant Towne Centre, area sales manager and area director of sales.
DeMoya has more than 20 years of hospitality sales, meetings and events experience spanning luxury resorts and full-service conference properties. Most recently, she worked with Sunseeker Resort in Florida.
