Valor Hospitality Americas restructures for expansion

Valor Hospitality Partners has restructured its Americas division as the company plans for further growth as a result of recent portfolio and corporate team expansion. The company added several new leadership positions to its corporate Americas office, with former Managing Director Craig Strickler named president of Valor Americas. The company also named nine corporate directors into vice president positions to oversee department-level strategy.

The announcement comes immediately following the Middle East and Central and South Africa expansion and signals the projected growth of Valor Hospitality Partners on a global scale.

“This corporate reorganization signals so much more than a title change,” Euan McGlashan, co-founder and CEO of Valor Hospitality Partners, said in a statement. “We have plans to double the size of the company globally in the next five years and this new structure will support that goal by investing in our ‘hotelitarians’ to continue to attract new partners and expand our portfolio here in the Americas and beyond.”

By creating more leadership positions and opportunities for upward mobility, Valor Hospitality continues to prioritize company culture and foster a growth-minded organization poised to exceed its goals for global expansion and development.

“I’m thrilled to be a part of such a dynamic organization that puts its people and their growth at the forefront,” said Craig Strickler, president of Valor Americas. “I’m looking forward to helping lead the charge on growing Valor America’s portfolio with top-of-the-line partners and owners while continuing to support Valor’s global expansion.”
