The property designed by Design Duncan Miller Ullmann eyes February opening.

Opal Sands Resort, the newest property under Ocean Properties Ltd. & Affiliates, is set to open this February in Clearwater Beach, Florida.

Designed by Design Duncan Miller Ullmann, the property’s curvature will give every room a view of the gulf. All 230 guestrooms and suites will have private balconies. The property's décor will include stylized wood accents, and touches of turquoise and blue.

For dining, the property will have Sea-guini, which will have views of the water and Gulf of Mexico; and Sandbar, an outdoor tiki bar.
