The 76-room Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Belle Vernon, Pa., is scheduled to open April 12, 2017. Located at 189 Finley Road, the Fairfield Inn & Suites Belle Vernon will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by Mon Valley Development, and managed by Lodging Development Company of Greensburg, Pa.
Whether traveling for business or pleasure, the Fairfield Inn & Suites Belle Vernon offers guests access to Cedar Creek Park and Willow Brook Golf Course.

The property's new design features include an updated exterior with a signature tower, a curved porte-cochere and a glass entrance that ushers them into the hotel. Guests will have access to the hotel’s open public space offering natural light and views throughout the lobby, connecting the indoors with the outdoors.
The lobby's living area includes a natural stone hearth, organic-shaped sofa and lounge chair and unique local features, as well as a 24/7 Corner Market. The breakfast area’s farm table provides a central gathering place where guests can watch television, meet up with colleagues or get work done. In the morning, guests have access to a complimentary hot breakfast, and guestrooms include a work area with an ergonomic chair, task lighting and electrical outlets within reach. A curved, mobile desk enables guests to create their own work space.
