The 74-room Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Van, Texas officially opened. Located at 3064 Interstate 20, the Fairfield Inn & Suites Van will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by Love’s Hospitality of Oklahoma City, part of the Love’s Family of Companies.
Located 20 miles from Tyler Pounds Regional Airport and 20 minutes from the First Monday Trade Fair – the oldest, largest continually operating outdoor flea market in the U.S., the Fairfield Inn & Suites Van offers guests access to the Texas Horse Ranch, Sky Ranch – Summer Camp & Conference Center and Splash Kingdom Waterpark.

The property's design includes natural light and views throughout the lobby to connect the indoors with the outdoors. The hotel's lobby includes focal points such as a natural stone hearth, organic-shaped sofa and lounge chair, a 24/7 Corner Market and unique local features.
The breakfast area’s farm table provides a central gathering place where guests can watch television, meet up with colleagues or get work done. The hotel's guestroom includes a work area, ergonomic chair, task lighting and electrical outlets where guests need them, as well as a curved, mobile desk.
Guestroom décor includes organic patterns and fresh colors, blending wood tones with pops of color. The new design also places the sleeping area toward the middle of the room, helping to give guests a better night’s sleep on plush mattresses, as well as easier access to the bathroom and wardrobe. The living area also offers a couch, refrigerator, coffeemaker and microwave.
Additional hotel amenities include an indoor swimming pool, an exercise room, valet laundry service, complimentary Wi-Fi, as well as fax and copy services. The hotel also offers 365 square feet of space to accommodate functions of up to 36 people and “The Finish Line” club with outside patio and seating area.
