My Place Hotels opens first Tennessee property

The four-story, 63-room My Place in Lebanon, Tenn., is open.

My Place Hotels of America opened its first-ever hotel in Tennessee. The property is the 36th My Place to open in the U.S., and is located in Lebanon, Tenn., providing easy access to downtown Nashville. The four-story, 63-room hotel is independently owned by MP Lebanon and operated by Legacy Management. 

“The greater Nashville area has been a hot bed for development, so there are many new hotels in the region” Eric Myers, managing partner at My Place Hotels, said in a statement. “Yet, few of those are priced affordably, and even fewer offer extended-stay amenities. Lebanon’s location, growth, and community have made it an ideal launching place for My Place in Tennessee. We are excited to serve the community’s growing needs by welcoming area travelers with a refreshing lodging experience.”

“We are very excited to welcome My Place Hotels to Lebanon and to the Cumberland Center Development," Lebanon Mayor Bernie Nash said in a statement. "We feel it is an excellent location for the expansion of their brand, being right off of I-40. With the growth of Lebanon, Wilson County and Nashville there continues to be a need for more lodging, especially with the new expo center. We thank them for the investment in Lebanon.”

All My Place Hotels offer modern amenities and nightly, weekly and monthly rate options. Each extended-stay guestroom will include a My Kitchen, complete with a two-burner cooktop, a microwave and a full refrigerator. The property is pet friendly and will also include on-site laundry facilities, complimentary high-speed internet service and a 24-hour My Store, located in the hotel lobby and stocked with supplies. Additionally, guests are invited to access a breakfast-in-bed option.
