The 127-room Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Spokane Valley, Wash., is set to open on Aug. 16, 2018, with the brand's updated decor package. Located at 8923 East Mission Avenue, the Fairfield Inn & Suites Spokane Valley will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by Sterling Hospitality Management of Spokane Valley.
Located 14 miles from Spokane International Airport and 15 minutes from downtown, the Fairfield Inn & Suites Spokane Valley offers guests access to downtown Spokane, the Spokane County Fairgrounds and Mt. Spokane.

The new décor package includes specific elements meant to evoke feelings from the Fairfield Farm, including a farmhouse table in the lobby for gathering and connecting, photography from the Fairfield Farm serving as artwork in the lobby and guestrooms, natural materials and textures found throughout and a history wall in every property showcasing the brand’s roots.
The new guestroom design was chosen with the modern traveler’s needs to stay productive on the road in mind. Each room includes a modern lounge chair, serving as both functional and comfortable to either work or relax in. The artwork in the room includes a window treatment acting as a focal point, displaying photography taken at the Fairfield Farm. The guestrooms also include a mobile desk, a couch, a refrigerator, a coffeemaker and a microwave.
Additional hotel amenities include an indoor swimming pool, a 24/7 fitness center, a four-hole putting green, an outdoor courtyard, valet laundry service, complimentary Wi-Fi, as well as fax and copy services and 2,095 square feet of meeting space to accommodate functions of up to 80 people.
