SpringHill Suites by Marriott will open five hotels this month. The properties, coming to Madison, Wis.; Tifton, Ga.; Escondido, Calif.; Dallas; and Brentwood, Tenn., all will include business services, complimentary Wi-Fi, dry cleaning, a 24/7 market, guest laundry facilities, a swimming pool, meeting space and a fitness center.
SpringHill Suites by Marriott Madison opens this week in Wisconsin. The 182-suite property, managed by Raymond Management Company, offers 2,000 square feet of meeting space, a full-service bar with outdoor patio seating and climate-controlled parking.
On April 15, the 104-suite Springhill Suites by Marriott Tifton will open in Georgia. Owned and managed by Stafford Hospitality, the hotel will offer a full-service bar in addition to the brand’s standard amenities.

The 107-suite SpringHill Suites by Marriott San Diego Escondido/Downtown is scheduled to open later this month. The hotel, owned and managed by the San Diego-based Excel Hotel Group, also will offer its own full-service bar.
SpringHill Suites by Marriott Dallas Central Expressway is expected to open later this month too. The 128-suite property is owned by Avail Hotels and managed by MOE Hospitality of Murphy, Texas. A whirlpool spa will accompany the hotel’s outdoor swimming pool.
The 134-suite SpringHill Suites by Marriott Nashville Brentwood, also targeting an April opening, is owned and managed by Pinnacle Hospitality Partners. The property features 3,252 square feet of meeting space and a full-service lobby bar.
