Aimbridge grows extended-stay portfolio in 3 states

Aimbridge Hospitality has added three extended-stay properties to its Select Service division. The airport hotels in Mississippi, Virginia and Wisconsin were recently acquired by Three Wall Capital and bring 296 rooms under Aimbridge Hospitality management. 

The properties are:

  • Home2 Suites by Hilton Olive Branch, Miss. (94 rooms)
  • Candlewood Suites Appleton, Wisc. (82 rooms) 
  • Candlewood Suites Norfolk Airport, Va. (120 rooms)

Since 2019, Aimbridge Hospitality has assumed management of 73 extended-stay, select-service and full-service properties owned by Three Wall Capital. In October, the company added five extended-stay properties from Three Wall in Alabama, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Ohio to its portfolio, having added three Missouri and Minnesota hotels in August. 

The hotel investment group has shared plans to acquire and develop 35 additional midscale and upscale extended-stay hotels over the next 18 to 24 months.
