In Good Company, Hotel Equities partner for hiring

In Good Company—a social enterprise that trains hospitality managers to recruit, train and retain employees with intellectual and developmental disabilities—has entered into a new partnership with Hotel Equities, a hotel owner, operator and development firm managing a portfolio of 250+ hotels and resorts throughout the U.S. and Canada.

The partnership will initialy focus on a pilot program in Georgia involving eight Hotel Equities properties. The program will provide training for general managers, reevaluate roles for hiring and expand recruiting efforts in organizations and communities that serve individuals with disabilities.

“We are excited to partner with In Good Company to expand our integrated hiring practices,” Brad Rahinsky, CEO of Hotel Equities, said in a statement. “We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to work and succeed, and we are committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels welcome and valued.”

“We are thrilled to be working with Hotel Equities on this important initiative,” said Sarah Naumann, founder of In Good Company. “We believe that this partnership will have a positive impact on the lives of many people with disabilities while also having a positive impact on the long-term stability of their hotels’ teams, as staffing can be such a challenge in this industry.”
