Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group named Victoria Cramer president, effective immediately. Joel Sybrowsky, the outgoing president, stepped down from his day-to-day responsibilities but will continue in his role as vice chairman of the board and will remain a significant owner in the company.

"Since her initial hiring, Victoria has brought leadership, enthusiasm and a wonderful sense of mission to the company," Sybrowsky said in a statement. "As I looked to reduce my day-to-day responsibilities to focus on DCC, our sister development company, I needed a leader to continue building our culture of improving dignity in our employees, customers and guests while enhancing the relevant bottom line for each."

Cramer most recently served as Lodging Dynamics’ chief operating officer, where she worked closely with Sybrowsky in crafting the direction of the company. Before joining the operator, she served as CEO of VPStrategies, a consulting firm she founded that developed strategies for The Summit Group, Cisco Systems, Abbott Labs and Microsoft. Earlier in her career, she held executive roles at Marriott International and Choice Hotels International.

"I'm excited to continue my career with LDHG, my relationship with Joel and the rest of the team," Cramer said in a statement. "LDHG has made significant progress in the past two years, and I could not be more pleased to continue playing a role with the first-class team we have put together.
