Linear design: Uptown Chair from Beaufurn

Furniture design firm Beaufurn has launched the Uptown Chair.

The gently curved seat and rounded back are designed for comfort, combining European sensibility with made-in-America craftsmanship.

“Uptown’s linear design presents an open and light visual appeal while providing resilient performance,” according to Beaufurn founder Bill Bongaerts.

Ideal for al fresco dining, food courts and pool areas, Uptown's contoured polypropylene seat and back lends itself to a relaxed and casual decor. These side chairs are stackable to six high and come in six trending but muted tones that coordinate with the environment and other furnishings. Its durable construction is designed to stand up to harsh weather and high-traffic usage season after season.
